In the new stampin up book on page 181 the Quirky Quips sample. How did they do the circle that holds the ribbon?

I just went to the on-line catty and zoomed in on it so that it was REALLY close and it appears they may have cut it out using scissors and then used the 1/8" punch to make the holes on the tabs. If you go to the on-line catty it really makes it easy to see the supplies used and you can get an extremely large picture of the project. It's the little "knick" on the left that I do believe gives them away
