Please Help...I have looked & looked but cannot find

a template for the Pocket card. I saw an Awesome card that I would like to duplicate but wanted to know if there is a template of some sort for a pocket card?

As I found out from PatMil23 if you click on resources at the top of splitcoast page then click on PROJECTS at the top left side of that page, you will see many other resources. Pocket card is one of the projects listed.
