Owl Wings

I have the Stampin' Up! Owl punch. I see a lot of peole who have added wings to their owls. Can someone tell me what punch I need for the wings? I would appreciate any help.

I read that people are using the scalloped oval punch cut in half. :-)

Scallope oval or circle punch can both be used to make owl wings,

I have used the circle scalloped punch.

You can also use the Stampin' Up! Bird Builder Punch (use the bird's wing) for the owl and then he looks like he is pointing. Another thing you can do is use the chest piece for the owl (looks like a little dress to me), punch two, turn them up-side-down, tape one to each side of the owl (half of each piece is taped behind the owl).

I've even used the top part of the Martha Stewart cupcake punch for the wings. Check your stash, you might already have something you can use!

Use the scallop Oval punch cut in half. It works great!

Also really cute is a bit of ribbon or material gathered up on one side to make a semi-circle. It really makes it look 3-D.

That's funny you said that because when I am making one, I always look to my daughter and say "What kind of dress do you want her to wear, plain or patterned?" HAHA!
