I saw this earlier and now I can't remember where
It was instructions on making a card with an oval (or other shape) cut out and backed with a piece of cardstock with a slightly smaller oval. Taped in between the two pieces was a stamped item - stamped on both sides and I think hanging from fishing line or something similar. The idea is that the item can swing around and be viewed from both sides.
I don't know if I explained that very well. I'd like to do Christmas cards using that technique and hang an ornament in the oval. Does anyone know what the heck I'm talking about?
