I lost a computer folder with over 1,000.00 files. :(
I had how to use blender pens, making jewelry using stamps, Stamping on dominos.
I also had samples of scrapbook layouts people had photo copied and cards, different embossing tips, gift ideas like Snowman poop, turkey poops, bunny poops, actually all kinds of poops recipes, and all kinds of other gift ideas, chalking tips, etc.
It stinks I edited them so nicely so others could enjoy them when I passed them on.
I tried to get my computer CD burner to copy files for me it just stopped working.
Hubby tired to with no luck.
At the time we only had one computer and not enough funds for a CD burner or a second computer. Almost a year later our computer crashed and we lost everything.
The things I missed the most were all my stamp files.
I know I burnt a CD of the stuff before the CD burner stopped working, but for the life of me can't find it.
I hope you can help out. I used to be a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator that's why I had so many files.
I just wish I had the funds to keep selling it.
Where I live either the people were not into scrapbooking or just didn't have the funds for it.
Mostly it was the funds.
I quite after only a few months I could not afford the cost. I spent much much more than I made.
There is tons of stuff here if you are looking for that just check out the download section. If you need any fonts, let me know, I hove thousands of them. Just send me a PM
Boy you love fonts to.
This is a good place for fonts. About once a week you get a collection of any where from 20-200 sometimes even more in on zip file.
I've heared you should not install them in your main Windows fonts folder.
Ok here is the link, if your as much as addict as then I am sure you have this site already. It's a yahoo group and it's called fontpacks
;)

Vera, so sorry to hear about you losing your files.
Here is a link to a website with a massive amount of information on techniques which was originially compiled by fellow SCSer Eileen Hochstein. You can search by technique or component. It is a great resource and doesn't have to be downloaded.
I have a lot of files of techniques and projects on my computer. If you think of something specific, PM me and I would be glad to see if I have a file on it.
Stamp a solid type stamp in Versamark and then color directly on your stamp with crayons before stamping. The Versamark makes for easy blending.
Embossing with Watercolor Crayons
Stamp an outline type stamp using Basic Black ink. Color the image with crayons. Use the Versamarker to blend. Sprinkle Irridescent Ice or H. Highlights over it all and heat emboss. Try a butterfly or flower.
Baby Wipe
Color directly on a solid type stamp and stamp quickly onto a moist baby wipe. Stamp onto your cardstock. This works best on a stamp with texture like burst into bloom or heartfelt thanks.
Watercolor
Color directly onto your solid type stamp, mist with water very lightly and stamp onto your cardstock. Or mist the paper before stamping. Hold the stamp onto the damp paper a few seconds to transfer the color well.
Aqua-painter or Blender pens
Stamp an outline image in Black or Basic Brown. Scribble color onto the image with the crayons and blend with either an aquapainter or a blender pen.
Background Technique
Use a ruler or graph to draw lines with your crayons, some thicker than others. Use 2 or 3 colors. Then, use a wide, wet paintbrush blending them slightly in the same direction.
Tips
- Pick up color from the flat end of your crayons with a blender pen or aqua-painter.
- You can scribble color on to a CD, wax paper or vellum cardstock. Then use the aqua-painters, taking color off the wax paper and painting with it.
- Do you have Petal Prints or Heartfelt Thanks? Try one of the solid ones if so. Color the whole flower or leaf with one color, then maybe around the edges with a darker color. Spritz and stamp, repeat. You might even try for a third stamping. Stamp once, 2nd time stamp just to the side of it, then the 3rd in the middle up a little higher than the other two. It really adds depth. Also, practice adding more or less crayon to the stamp. Don't be afraid to go heavy with it! You want to get saturated color.
- To prevent smearing the black ink when using your aqua-painter or blender pen:
Whisper White or Vanilla cardstock Basic Black or Brown ink works well
Confetti or Naturals cardstock Stazon ink works best
Heat emboss with Clear Detailed Embossing Powder or Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder.
Colors are vibrant and opaque, and this makes the lighter colors stamp well on darker card stock. For example: regal rose on chocolate chip or handsome hunter on real red or certainly celery on always artichoke. Craft ink keeps its true color when stamping on colored card stock.
Craft Spots are portable and dont take up much room to store.
Use White Craft for a subtle background effect on monochromatic cards. Create fun backgrounds using other colors.
Direct-to-paper techniques.
Ideal for Scrapbooking.
Stamp on Fabric: napkins, potholders, placemats, aprons, canvas totes, shirts, etc.
Colors are or rich pigment ink and fade-resistant.
Stamp on Tiles: stamp image, heat set, then spray with acrylic sealer.
10.Purchasing the Spots is a great way to try before you buy. Since our spots are sold in color families only, try a few colors out and if you find youre using one color a lot, then invest in the CRAFT INK PAD.
11.Craft Spots are 25% off this month only (November). The price is $18.71 each. Thats 12 different colors in each color family. Try them all and have fun exploring the stampin possibilities!
Tips for using Craft Ink:
Heat setting will speed up the drying process.
Try tapping the ink to the stamp instead of the stamp to the ink to avoid over inking. You may also try using sponge daubers to ink up stamp.
