double skinny notepad directions?

Does anyone have the measurements/directions for making a double notepad (one on each side) using the skinny notepads from Papertrey Ink?

Here is a link to Nicole Heady's blog post about making the mini notepads. She shows how to make them and has a template to print out. I don't think a "double one" is shown, except how to adhere two pads together to make the pad thicker.

I would think you could use her "double" measurements and then just adhere a single note pad on each side.
