Japanese Ribbon Binding
Has anyone heard of Japanese Ribbon Binding? It is a way to weave ribbon together to create a beautiful binding for your scrapbooks? I was wondering if anyone has any tips on creating this type of binding? Thanks!

I think that's the same as stab binding.
It's basically like
this
but there are different ways to finish it

A crop-o-dile makes it really simple to do.
Is that what you mean?

There is a Japanese ribbon/fiber weaving called KUMIHIMO but I am not sure if this is what you had heard / read about. You may want to try googling KUMIHIMO.

Thanks little lottie! I think that is exactly what I am looking for.
I did check out the KUMIHIMO and that is beautiful but I don't think that is what I want to do for the binding of a scrapbook.
Thanks!

Great card Amy!
As soon as you mentioned the ribbon binding I thought of DIY. Funny how things jog our memories.
