I've heard all about this technique and I just can't get it to work. Can someone give me some detailed instructions?
I tried going over the paper again and again with the bone folder and it didn't break down the paper enough for me to split it in half. It ended up ripping. I really wanted to do this technique in an upcoming workshop but I'm having no luck.
I too would like some detailed instructions. The purse card using the fun filled stamp set is great and I would love to show it this weekend. Can anyone help?
My only thoughts are maybe it's that particular color of cardstock? Or maybe you didn't work it long enough in all places. Turn the paper over and a few times while working it with the bone folder. It's kinda like curling ribbon with scissors if that makes sense.
Try running it through the crimper many ways to get it started breaking down, then wad it up in a tight ball then smash it, then I dunno just keep breakling it down. Good luck.
