mount question Stampin Up

I've read threads until my eyes are watering and am still confused a bit.

I have a set of new stamps from Stampin UP. They are in a case with wood blocks and the index sheet. Nothing has been started.

Now, what if I wanted to use these as clear mounts instead? The stamps already have the foam on the backs. Do I peel the clear plastic "image" and put it directly on the foam back? If so, how do they stick to the acrylic blocks?

This is what I do with all the stamp sets I buy that are not clear mount. Once I put the sticker on the stamp, I put a thin coat of Aileen's Tack it Over and Over (I've started using it diluted rather than full strength and like that better) on the sticker and let it dry. I keep my stamps on an acrylic sheet (like a picture frame "glass" in folders by category. This way, I can see the stamped image through the sheet.
Some use Tack 'n' Peel on an acrylic block. I used to do this but the TNP yellowed. I've also used double stick tape on the block for a quick stick.
