Default How to adhere paper to paint can?!

Hi, I've got the paint can, the paper, my new halloween stamps came today...

How do I adhere the paper? I have sticky strip! And today, I got some mod-podge...which I have NEVER used...

So, what's the recommended way to do this???

I am so excited, but don't want to mess it up.

Thank you!

Susan

I usually use either Mod Podge or sticky strip. The Mod Podge is super easy. Just use it as glue and cover the entire back of the paper and stick it on! Then, use it as a sealer and cover the whole thing with it. There is a tutorial somewhere about making lunch tins...the technique is the same.

Have fun!

Hi
I use Gel Medium which you can buy at Michaels. It doesn't take much and it holds great. You can also use Mod Podge over the entire can once it dries if you need to protect the paper. Gel Medium is also good for glueing down those hard to hold items like the glass pebbles.
