I have a list I found on SCS for different uses for a wheel i'm attaching for you. I don't have instructions for a card. You can do a search in the gallery type in "the name of the wheel" and wheel. Then search.

I'm curious... do you have a picture of a wheel card?

Here is a link to a wheel template...is this what you are looking for? Just be sure and give credit to the website! She has tons of neat patterns!

Another option is to buy the wheel card template from the company wild cards. I just bought it and found it soooo much easier than directions. I'm not a numbers girl! You can buy the templates online or at some craft or scrap stores. HTH
