Default kissing???

can someone help me out on the kissing technique? how do you do it???

The way I do it is... I ink the background or whatever texture I am using (I think of it as my alternative inkpad). Then take the other image and stamp it on the background and then onto paper. Here is an example. If I wanted the F from the monograms to have a canvas look, I would ink the canvas background and then 'kiss' the F with it. When I stamp my F it will have the canvas look. HTH.
