Default How Do You Do That Neat

sliding technique?
I was looking at some of the On Angels Wings cards in the gallery and some of them have this blurred kind of sliding technique behind the angel so it looks like she's descending from heaven.
I have this set and desperately want to try this! It looks just glorious.
Can anyone help me or does anyone even know what I'm trying to say? lol
It's been a loooong day.
Thanks!

Hi Sheryl~

I posted a technique that I thought you were talking based on the description you gave in your post before even looking at the card that you described in the gallery. After looking at the card, the technique that I had originally posted was not the one that you were looking for. Sorry :?

Are you talking about the red card? The artist said that she stamped it in bleach first then swiped it back. Then stamped again with the clor. HTH..
