A lot and I mean a lot of people requested the directions for my RSVP pens. I did e-mail out about 150,000 of them and I decided to post them here. These directions are easy to follow. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
What you need:
Stamps RSVP pens. (I get mine at Wal-Mart 2 for 97 cents) Some people get them in bulk
at www.viking.com Blank address labels Tacky tape Micro beads (I got mine at Michaels or Joann's) you get two containers for $1.99) (I made 12 pens with two containers of beads)
Directions: 1. Take the address label and cut it to 3 1/4 X 1 1/2 2. Stamp on the address label 3. Wrap the address label around the barrel of the pen 4. Wrap tacky tape around the barrel over the address label. (I used the widest tape, I ended up cutting three separate pieces and wrapping those. Some people use the tacky tape sheets and cut them to size) 5. Pour the beads in a flat container. (I used a Tupperware rectangle container, it works great 6. Heat the tape with the heat gun, I found that if you heat the tacky tape up a little the beads stick WAY better and they don't fall off. 7. Roll the pen in the beads. 8. Let the pen sit overnight or for a few hours to cure. 9. Put some crystal effects or diamond glaze on the beads just to make sure they don't fall off. The first couple I made the beads started to fall off. Adding the diamond glaze, no beads have fallen off. Put the diamond glaze or crystal effects directly on the pen and rub it in with your fingers. You have to do it lightly so that the beads don't fall off.
It is very important not to touch the tacky tape or the beads with your hands because of the natural oils in your skin it tends to make the beads not stick.

These are great directions, and much easier than rolling up that teeny piece of cs!!! Also, some people add a little dazzling diamonds glitter to their CE, for a little extra 'sparkle'
I have a picture of my pens in my gallery. They are really fun. I am totally addicted. I love the look of them. And so do the people I have given them too.

Okay, maybe I am stupid, but I don't know what tacky tape is. I assume it is clear so that you can see the stamped image underneath. Is this just like two sided tape or is it special? Is it like sticky strip? I don't have any of that, so I don't really know what that's like.
