Would someone please give me the directions as to how to do these pins!
I have the laminate pieces, utee, etc. but am unsure of the steps! Thanks!

I did look at the glistening pins directions and they sound interesting although they were not what I was looking for. Thanks tho for the interest and reply!
I sat down with the laminate stuff and "figured it out!" It was actually quite simple and the pins are done! Thanks so much!

I think this is what you are talking about, although I don't know what utee is:
Take your laminate chip, stamp image with Black Staz-on ink. Color in with watercolor pencils - use blender pens to get rid of pencil lines. Spray with Krylon spray (2 coats). Once dry, glue a pin on back. Decorate chip hole with ribbon. Hope this helps!
