Default rubber cememt tech.

I would have thought you would need to use Glossy Card stock, (so you wouldn't pull up paper when you pulled off the rubber cement.
But I just saw a card in the gallery that was B.Banana C.S., rubber cement, then Poss. piink, it was a baby girl card and awsome.
So I guess you can use regular C.S.

I have done a bunch of rubber cement backgrounds and tried the glossy once and didn't like it at all. I use US white or whatever other color I want. The trick is to let it dry for a very long time before rubbing the cement off. It's when you are too anxious that the paper comes off with it. I've been known to let mine dry overnight over the summer since the humidity was so high. It did the trick. I've conqured the paper tearing monster.

I think it's my card that you're referring to ...
I let the ink dry for about 1/2 hour before rolling off the rubber cement - felt it to make sure it was dry first...

I tried using an ArtGum eraser to help take the r.c. off. It did a pretty good job - I also made sure it was dry first...
