Default Baby Wiupe technique

I want to try this but don't really want to buy an entire package of baby wipes- no telling when I might use them again. Is there something else I could use to get the same type of effect?

You can always use the baby wipes to clean stamps--and Target sells some in a small size and perfect for the technique....They are 1.70 app per package. I go through about a pack every 10 days when stamping often....

I think you could probably do the same thing with wet paper towels. Fold them before wetting them, and then apply the re-inkers.

there are tons of uses for baby wipes: besides cleaning stamps, using as hand wipes... I keep some in the bathroom for extra cleaning... I have cleaned the inside of my cars interior... wipe down my table on my front porch... tons and tons of uses. I buy them all the time at Dollar Tree.

I purchase wipes from the dollar store. There are 64 in a package. Yes, it is now $1.25 but still a great buy.

They sell small packages for diaper bags that would probably work.

Keep in mind that many baby wipes contain plastic and can take up to 100 years to decompose in landfill, and they are winding up in our oceans. If you can't find, or can't afford, certified biodegradable wipes (I recommend WaterWipes!), a reusable, washable cloth is a much better option, as are paper towels for occasional use.

I love crafting so much, but it's so hard to find sustainable, and most of all, environmentally friendly products!
