Default Double Embossed

I seen this technique on a card and thought beautiful, then went to resources and no instructions on how to do it. Does anyone have/know how to do this? Thanks for any ideas

Thanks for the link - I thought it might be that but I could see a variety of different techniques being called double embossing.

Thanks..... it looks like a kind of trail and error thing, with everyones comments. Guess I'll just take the plunge and go for it.
