Darcel, Dazzling Diamonds is like regular glitter. You would need to use a glue pen or some other adhesive to make it stick.

use SU's Heat and Stick Powder - use embossing buddy so you have no stray flakes, then stamp image with versamark, apply the H&S powder, heat, but don't over heat, apply the DD glitter and heat to set the glitter

In some cases you will not need an adhesive to use this DD glitter. I find it sticks very well to any clothing I'm wearing, my face and sometimes my husbands sandwiches if I happen to have glittered near my kitchen counter.... (he doens't like that much). LOL

I like to use the 2-way glue pen for Dazzling Diamonds. Just draw where you want it to stick, pour it on, tap it off. Or of course my xyron.
