Hello Ladies,
I need some help with layering.I see all these great cards with layers and I can not seem to layer nicely.I cut out my card and from there I am at a loss.I don't know what size to cut the following layers.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

layers
I generally subtract 1/4 inch from the current layer to get to the next layer and so on. Of course, sometimes you want a different look, but that is a good place to start!
Card: 5 1/2 X 4 1/4
layer 1: 5 1/4 X 4
layer 2: 5 X 3 1/4
for smaller pieces, stamp and then trim around that. Measure it and add 1/4 inch for each layer.
