Need a post it note purse template

I saw a purse template when I was shopping, but someone picked it up before I had made my mind up. Now I have to have one, I searched the threads here and it looks like there was some info on them, but now the links or thumbnails are gone. Does anyone know how I can get one, or can anyone email me the template.

Maybe I'm just dingy, but I can't seem to pull up any templates for the post it notes. The thumbnails are missing in the forum so I can't get anything. Does anyone know the site where we can get the template? Thanks.
