My friend (JenniGirl) showed me a card she did doing the paper quilling technique. I can not find the instructions for this anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction? TIA!

Here is a link that I used to learn how to quill. I didn't have a tool so my dh made me one by putting two small needles in a unsharpened pencil and then winding twine around the outside. If you want to see some examples you'll find some in my gallery. http://www.parchcraftaustralia.com/q...g%20corner.htm
