Question Looking For Paper Quilling Technique

My friend (JenniGirl) showed me a card she did doing the paper quilling technique. I can not find the instructions for this anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction? TIA!

fyi...if you don't want to cut the strips of paper yourself, Michael's sells quilling strips for about $3.99 a pack!

Here is a link that I used to learn how to quill. I didn't have a tool so my dh made me one by putting two small needles in a unsharpened pencil and then winding twine around the outside. If you want to see some examples you'll find some in my gallery.
