Looking for notcard holder instructions
I am looking for the instruction for these
notecard and envelope holders. I tried the blog for details and it does not works. This is the link to the holders: Notecard Holder Gift Sets by trishalim1 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers Thank you for any help |
Is this it? Search Results box : Trishas Tidbits Looks like she switched blog addresses
|
Thank you. I will look into that one.
|
I looked at the site and there are instructions but
there are suppose to be some pictures or templates for cutting the lid which is where my questions are. I sent her an email so I can get some clarification. thanks |
Will you let us know what you find out, please? I would like to make some of these, too.
|
I will, I emailed her direct and hope
to get a response soon |
was the template ever found for this box? i love it and want to give it a try...
|
Is this the template you are looking for?
I tried to enter the link, but this is the first time I have posted here. So, go to resources (link at the top of this page - between forums and news) and about 1/4 of the way down there is a link to an A4 notecard box by the Trisha mentioned in a pervious post in this thread. |
AGGGrh...I still can't find it on the resource page. I need a Diet Dr. Pepper to continue....so frustrating but such a cute box!
|
Maybe it will let me attach it now (since I have officially posted):
Nope. Will post once more, and then try to attach. |
Here is my third official post - hopefully I can attach the link in the next.

The notecard box in the resources section is a little different than the one in the OP - it looks to me like the original stands up instead of lying flat (if that makes any sense) - the lid fits over a narrow end of the box instead of across the top.
I used the internet wayback machine and found an archived copy of the instructions: TUTORIAL - but it doesn't include any photos. The only bit that's confusing without them is where she says "Create the flaps by cutting like this" ; if you've made other boxes, though, you should be able to figure that part out without her pictures. I'm going to try just a knockoff copy of this in a little while and see how it goes. I'll post back with results. |
This template looks close:
