Chop Stick Cards??

Has anyone heard of chop stick cards??? I overheard somebody talking about them...sounded intriguing. If anyone has directions I'd love to have them.

I have seen one or two cards that have a chopstick sirt of woven into the edge like a binding, and one where a chopstick was fastened to the front of the card with hemp or something. Doesn't know if that could be what they are talking about. Could it be a brand name?
