heat and stick powder

Can someone explain to me how the heat & stick powder works? it says you
can
put that on with precision, how do apply that? Is it like a glue? I'm
thinking if something I can put on with real small detail I might want
to
get some. Thanks.

You use it like would do embossing. Versamark and stamp image - or Versamarker to smaller defined areas.

You can also use it with Craft Ink. I stamped snowflakes with white, used heat and stick powder and then used Dazzling Diamonds glitter - they looked great.
