Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader? This is the software you need to read PDF files. If you do have it, please check to make sure you have the most recent version. This template (and the other one) was created to be read in version 4.0.

If you don't have the latest version, go to http://www.adobe.com to get the most recent version.
