Inserting paper into card??

I like to insert paper/vellum into cards with a message. What is the best way to do that, so when it is opened and closed the paper/vellum won't move. This way I can insert a personal message from my computer using my SU fonts.
Thanks

I like to do this too. I cut the insert slightly smaller than the card - fold it - and run 2 1" strips of mono near the fold on the side that will touch the front side of the card. Looks pretty classy, huh?

Another option is with the tiny anywhere punch, punch two holes in the fold and thread some type of ribbons/fiber through and tie a small bow or knot. The bow/knot would be on the outside of the card, at the fold.
