Default Cutting felt

My friend sent me a link to these hair clips on Etsy: http://img1.etsystatic.com/014/0/636...22395_dxe1.jpg

I've made a card with almost identical images on them, using Stampin Up punches, but how would you cut through felt to make these? They look too neat to be cut by hand?

You can die cut felt so I'd guess a lot of those shapes are done that way. Some bits do look hand-trimmed to me but I think the basics (the scalloped circles etc) are die cut.

Most dies will cut regular felt, even wafer thin ones like Nesties as long as the shape is not too intricate.

HTH!
