Smile paint chip help

Can someone please help me!! I would love to do a paint chip card. Do you have to emboss it, or can you just stamp on the paint chip?
Any info would be great!
Thanks
Have a great day

I love paint chips! I've learned that there are different kinds of paint chips. The dull, matte finish ones you can sometimes stamp on, while the glossier ones need to be embossed or stamped with StazOn. Or, you can just make the chip as part of the design, and not stamp on it at all. Here's an example of one I did a while ago:

I've also used strips of paint chips for handles on mini baskets:

HTH!
