Icicle Technique

I'm not sure if this is what you mean.
My Demo took Crystal effects and drew an Icicle pattern on waxed paper
then she sprinkled glitter on it and let it dry.
After it was dry she peeled it from the wax paper and used Glue Dots
to put it on a card. Just Darling!!!

I know of two ways to do the icicle technique. One way is to draw them singly and with crystal effects like these icicles from a pine bough here.

The other way, and this is really fun, is to make several of them in a row like the icing on a cake
They are fun to put on a card no matter how you do it!
