I need instructions on a "Push/Pull Card"
 

I would love help from anyone who knows how the covered bridge card made by Dee Rugar on the following site is made. I believe it is a Push/Pull Card, but I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated. If Dee Rugar is out there, this is an awesome card and beautiful.
