Default How do you get the watermark on your photos that you post?

I'm wondering how this is done:

I'm sure there are lots of ways, but I add mine in my graphics program (I use PSP)

I've made some by making a transparent image of what they wanted in Photoshop then saving it as a .png file.

After you've resized and cropped your photograph, open the .png file, copy and paste it onto your photograph and then save your new photograph with the watermarked image.
