Question Glue for foil flakes

I know that Magic Leaf and other foil flakes can be used over Wonder Tape, but what adhesive is recommended if you want to fill in an area? I am assuming it needs to be a "glue" that dries tacky?

Smile tacky glue

You can use Aileens Tack-it-over. You could also use a blender pen with embossing fluid on it and then use heat and stick embossing powder.

I have tons of foil if you ever want to work out a trade.... anyone, anyone?

There are glues made specifically for metal leaf, and they're not too expensive. I bought a jar of metal leaf adhesive by Mona Lisa for less than $5 from a local art supply store, and it goes a really long way. I've also seen it at Hobby Lobby, but not at Michael's. Michael's sells a small container of the Mona Lisa brand adhesive as part of a leafing starter kit, but also sells other brands of the adhesive separately. You can even get it in spray form, but I've never used that kind before.

I haven't used Metal Leaf but have used foil flakes. I use SU Heat n' Stick with the flakes. If the weight isn't much different on Metal Leaf, Heat n' Stick might work for them.

Thanks so much for the help ladies! I bought the heat and stick ep just recently so I think I will try that first, but it's good to know there are other alternatives if that doesn't work.
