Red face How DID they do that?

I had a free night on my hands and went web surfing..I found a site which had many different samples of homemade cards. Unfortunately I did not bookmark it and want to know "how they did that?" hope someone can help:

It was a push/pull card, the picture showed through in black and white in a cut out box, when you pulled the tab it came out in color!! It was great, anyone
know "how they did that?!?!?!"

That's called a "magic" card. There used to be a section in the resources section for it but I don't see it now. Here's a thread that provides a link to directions for this technique:
