Question Altered clipboad question

I have the tutorial for the altered clipboard from here, but I want to use paper instead of stamps.

1.What do you use to adhere the paper?

2. Do you put any kind of finisher on it?

3. What do you use to get the bubbles out of the paper?

TIA!!

Brush your Modge podge onto the chipboard - put you paper over - and then another layer of modge podge. There shouldn't bee bubbles, but if there are you can use your fingers.
