Help with tiles please !

Will Crystal effects work to attach felt to the bottom of tiles ? If not, what would do the job ?

CE works for everything!!! I'm sure it will work for the felt.

I bought the sticky felt circles for my tiles. I found them at Wal-mart in the home dept for 88 cents a sheet. I ran across a few (in many many sheets) that had no stick on one half. I just put a dab of mono and it stuck down fine.

Thank you both for your ideas on this. I appreciate that. :)

Aleene's Tacky Glue (available at Walmart and AC Moore for sure) works great! I used it to adhere cork to mine, but I'm sure it would work for felt too. Dries clear and doesn't stink like E-6000 (which also works). HTH!

I use

the felt circles with the adhesive on the back - they work great!

I bought adhesive backed cork squares (6'' and 4'') at JoAnn's, cut them on my guillotine cutter to 5/8'' square, then then snipped each of the small squares diagonally to make two trianges. I put one triangle in each corner of the tiles. It was easy-squeasy, and inexpensive, but I wondered if the adhesive was up to the challenges of everyday use, especially when the tile is used for something hot, as this kind of adhesive softens with heat. I'd have no reservations using CE (sometimes the best things are invisible).

Another thing you can try are clear rubber feet. They are also self-adhering and prevent the tile from slipping around during use. They are my favorite and I usually have success finding them at Lowe's Home Improvement.

I love the idea of clear rubber feet--I will have to look for those. I usually pick up sheets of Prestofelt. It comes in 3 or 4 colors and has an adhesive back. You can use your paper cutter to cut to desired size. You can find it at Walmart or the craft store.

I bought some great foam adhesive circles from Ace Hardware. They also have the felt adhesive circles. They're kind of pricy if you're doing a bunch of tiles~~~$2.80 for 24 of them.
