Default Dose anyone know how to do a brayer...

I have seen a card on Raisin Boats blog with words and snow flakes and I think it is done with a technique where you use brilliance ink on the brayer and then stamp and brayer over with another kind of ink. I want to do this technique but I am not sure how to do it. Dose anyone what it is called or where I could go to find a tutorial on that?
Thanks I know I did not give you a very good discription I hope someone can help me.
Donna

If you could link to the card on the blog it might help people to understand better the technique you are asking about . It sounds like some sort of resist technique, but I've had a quick look on the blog and can't see a card that matches your description.
