Default Stamping pens

So I have seen that you can stamp a whole heck of a lot of things, other than cards. Being new to stamping, it's all very interesting...

One thing that is puzzling me is the stamped pens. How do you do that?!? I don't even know where to buy the pens to begin with! Is it stamped paper inside a clear pen?

I will probably get more inspiration in the future to ask about stamped tiles and plates, but for right now I will stick with the pens. ;)

Thanks for your help!

Hay Kelly! Yes, they're stamped paper slipped inside of clear pens. I have done some with Pentel RSVP pens.. it's really easy!

My demo showed me how to do the one where the paper is inside. I think the tablet is 3x5 not sure. It is a scratch pad. All you do is cut it to 3 1/4 , stamp your image on it. Take the pen apart & roll the paper around the ink part. Slip it back in side. Hope that helps.

Default Photo Pens

I recently saw these pens in Paper Crafts new Paper Crafts Gourmet magazine on page 80. I did an internet search and came up with...

http://www.ritzcamera.com/product/222045346.htm

These pens are more classy looking than RSVP, but so is the price...has anyone seen these for less cost?

Can you buy the sticky strip tape at Joann's instead of buying from Stampin' Up? Or is that the only way you can get it? Thanks!

I just did a bunch for Christmas gift, they are easy to do. About four or five months a go I did some that looked great but he beads came off. So this is what i did. I put Adhesive Sheet, cut in strip the size for the pen , put down my colored paper then another stirp of adhesive sheet, then I put my beads in a baggy and drop my pen into it , this made it easy to put my beads on the pen because i can press the beands in my rolling it inside the baggy. Then I put crystal effect on the beads. and let dry over night. I have had no beads come off this way. hope this helps out
