How to...lunch sack cards

Hello! Does anyone have simple directions on how to create a lunch sack/bag card. I did a search for lunch sack/bag cards and came up with zero. Someone posted a great card in the gallery today, but I'm having trouble understanding her directions (which I'm sure are super simple, I'm just challenged). My problem is that I am having trouble visualizing what she meant by folding the bag trifold. Looking at the card/bag, it doesn't seem to be trifolded to me.

Any help/link would be much appreicated!

Haven't seen any instructions posted anywhere, but if you have a question about a card or project you see in the gallery, try sending a PM to the person who posted it -- the artist is always the best person to be able tell you how something was done! ;)
