Help! Ornament Boxes

I'm sure that one of you talented ladies can direct me to a box to fit the glass ornaments. I'm looking for a template, basically, to make the boxes from 12 X 12 cardstock. I need this ASAP for a workshop I'm havng on the 10th. Can anyone out there direct me??? TIA

Ornament Box

Here's a great little box to use for ornaments, and you can make it with 8 1/2 x 11 paper:

And here's the link to the pattern:

And here's Qbee's great project using a smaller version of this same box, and in her description she has a link to a wonderful project sheet she made that illustrates making the regular size pattern:

FYI, it's a very snug fit for a 2 1/2 inch glass ornament, so I adapted the pattern to be just a little larger to accommodate using some tissue paper by using an 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch square piece of cardstock and scoring at 2 3/4 all around for the bottom, and for the top I use a 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 inch square and score in at 1 inch all around. This makes the box 3 inches wide by 2 3/4 inches tall.

Hope that helps, and good luck. :)
