Default Polyshrink and PearlEx?

Has anyone used PearlEx on polyshrink. It says on the package that you can. Did you do it before or after shrinking? What did you use to make it stick? Any advise would be helpful. Thanks.

I think it can use a watercolor brush to make it stick. I've use an inference color on black shrink plastic. You can also just powder on and when it bakes it will melt in.

I have done this using Versamark on the polyshrink and put the PearlEx on before baking.
It DID NOT melt in. It did look really cool though.
I used a spray sealer to keep it in place. (Krylon clear coat)
