Help, need template for vellum lamp shade

I need the template for the vellum lampshade that goes over a wine glass and votive candle. Does anyone out there have one they can share? This is to be the 3-D project at my Sunday workshop. Thanks for looking and a huge Thank you for helping.

Hi, Kathy!

I did a seaarch for "vellum shade" and found several other helpful threads.
Just in case you're not sure how to do a Search, here's a visual aid.
