Question Danglers

Hi,

I am looking for directions on how to make the danglers cards. I am not even sure thats what they are called. This is an example

I've done danglers (I'm not sure what they're called either) similar to the sample you showed using the riviting set. Punch a small hole above and below the oval cut-out, thread a string through the holes and across the open space. Attach your spinner to the string. I also tried punching a hole in the top and the bottom of the spiner and attaching it with two strings but I found the first method easier.

Look for "spinning tag" cards or tutorials. That is what it looks like. Before you put it in the envelope you can "wind it up" so that the person opening the card will have a spinning surprise.
