Default Tri-fold shutter card

I would love to try one of these. I found directions, but does anyone have the measurements for the patterned paper part? Is that cheating on my part? The cards I was inspired by and would love to know the measurements for are:

TLC221 SU Only by Sharpstamper at Splitcoaststampers

Cottage Wall Tri-Shutter by tealady2 at Splitcoaststampers

Thanks!

Sue Kemper-Miller has the sizes for the patterned paper. Type in tri shutter cards in the search and she has a link to her blog and gives all the dimensions.
