Shaving Cream Question

I'm new to some of these techniques that others take for granted. In fact I'm new to stamping - relatively. I just discovered it last fall and have fallen head over heals in love with it!

Anyway. I know there are some types of shaving cream I can't use - but I can't remember what they are. Any help?

I looked on the resources page, found the directions for the technique, but not anything about what shaving cream not to use. any place else you would suggest looking?

you cant use the gel kinds.

I use plain old barbasol with no scent.

Target and Walmart have thier own brand too. I try to go for unsented.

thanks. i kept thinking it was the gel not to use, but then I couldn't remember for sure. And it's the gel that I have in my cabinet. Oh, well. Thanks a lot for the info.
