watercolr on black
There are basically a few things you can do to watercolor on black cardstock that I know of. You can stamp the image and emboss it, then bleach out the areas that you want to color, then watercolor those areas. Use a water pen filled with bleach to do the bleaching. Another thing that is an option, is using twinkling H2O's. Most of the colors are opaque enough that they will show up, although you may have to add several layers. Make sure that each layer is completely dry before adding another. You can use a heat gun, but be careful as the H2O's will bubble if you get the heat gun too close. Also, be aware that cardstock (black or otherwise) tends to buckle when you get it wet. You can flatten it under a book or mount it onto another piece of cardstock to help flatten it.
