Progressive Pages

Does anyone have instructions on how to do progressive pages starting with a 6x6 and stepping it up to a 12x12? I'd love it if anyone could share this with me. I want to do a 6x6 class with a simply scrappin' kit and then the next class step the pages up to a 12x12.
