Default What is the "Colors of the Rainbow" Technique?

I saw a card in the gallery section that mentioned the "Colors of the Rainbow" technique. I'm not familiar with this. Can someone tell me what it is?
Thanks!

Another term is "Magic Rainbow," a technique which uses Lumiere. Here's a link to a card by JanTink with instructions:

I'm pretty sure this is the recent one you saw:

She doesn't list Lumiere in her instructions, so it might not be done the same way. Hope this helps anyway. Linda

Try this link. She gives a brief how to for the Colors of the Rainbow technique. Sounds easy enough and is very pretty!
