Default What to charge as a design fee

Hi. I am not a professional but I make a bunch of business cards, invites, announcements etc. for people. I dont have the means to print, Id have to take them to a printer, so I usually just design them then send the customer the design to send to the printer. Any idea what to charger for a design fee???

I would charge an hourly fee for your work, and then a flat fee for the design release.

Depends hugely on what you're designing and for whom.
There is no set price for bespoke work like custom graphic design. Most will base it on the hours it takes or a flat fee for the work, but it all hinges on the skill of the artist, the product or service being rendered, the client base and what usage rights are going with the finished work.
