ok--so I just filled in my color chart. I know I read some where that I need to let the pots dry prior to covering them. Will it hurt to leave them out overnight uncovered?
I've always covered them with their lids even if not dry, what is supposed to happen to them beacuse I've never had a problem. I've been doing this for years ... will they grow mold or something?
I went to an evening hosted by the Australian distributors of H2Os a couple of years ago and they suggested leaving the lids off until it was dry. They had heard they could get mouldy but had never experienced it themselves but they just wanted to be on the safe side. So now I do leave them to dry and as I store them in a tray upside down so I can see all of the colours I wouldn't want any paint in the lids.
I live in PA and I leave my lids off all the time. IT is good to leave them off to let the water dry up. Better for the paints. I keep mine in a 8 1/2" x 11" acrylic frame. I have 49. I love them. Cyndi
I always close mine up too as soon as I am done...oops!!! But living in a dry climate, I do not think I will have any issues. I have all 144 of them (small size) and love them alot!!! Happy stamping:-D
